My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were very comfy and clean, although opening the small window seemed to let in quite a few mosquitoes. The service was decent, with the lady at the customer service desk being very friendly and attentive during the day. The location was pretty good, although the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy at night. Dining options were limited, only available in cash or at the reception, but the vegan pizza was a nice surprise.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, had a giant jacuzzi, and were exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was convenient to reach La Roma-Colonia Condesa and the historical center, although the slightly dodgy area was a minor downside. The service was top-notch, especially the chef at the restaurant, Victor. The dining options were a bit limited, but the fresh coffee made up for it. Overall, a great value for money with minor room discrepancies and location considerations.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms making for a nice and relaxing accommodation. The staff was exceptional, providing amazing service throughout my visit. However, the location wasn't ideal as it felt isolated and not very tourist-friendly. Dining options were limited but the hotel offered delicious snacks. Overall, a nice experience with some minor drawbacks.
